Description: At the conclusion of this workshop, participants will be able to:
discuss the principles of application of fiberglass and plaster casting materials
perform wrapping fiberglass and plaster casting of short arm casts, short leg casts, long leg casts, cylinder casts, specialty casts, and various splints
describe proper position of upper and lower extremities in casts
diagnose and manage complications of casting
discuss new products and new concepts in application of those products
[Participants must dress appropriately in shorts and T-shirts.]
