describe successful results of the change effort

Change is not as simple as it sounds. PA leaders, educators, administrators and those in clinical practice who institute changes need strategies and a systematic approach to create long “lasting” changes within their organizations. Understanding resistance forces, stress and natural human fears of change, as well as recognizing our own struggles with change will be covered. Learn how to develop strategies to involve others, create buy-in and successfully lead personal/professional changes.
